Does Anyone Know What I Need?

I will be going to Minot in a couple weeks. I am only 17, and I'm not going with an adult. Just a couple of my friends (all 18 and 19). I checked the site and it doesn`t say anything about people under 18 and no parent.
I know I need my birth certificate, but do I need any other documents (anything from my parents photocopied, etc). Will they even let me across
Also, does anyone know what the limit on purchases is for 4 days.
