Orlando and area attractions

We are currently planning a 2 week family vacation to the Orlando area Jan/Feb 2010. We know that DisneyWorld is a must see, but would be interested in any insight into what attractions to see and what should/could be avoided. We want to go to the beach (not sure which one), maybe Kennedy Space Centre, Waterparks, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, etc. Our children will be 3 yrs, 9 yrs and 15 yrs at the time of our trip. We have our flights and accomodations booked, but would also like to know where the best place is to buy park passes and which car rental agency to use. If you've been to Disney/Orlando and could give us some info it would be greatly appreciated. We really want to make this trip memorable for us all. Thanks,
