Orlando questions.

We are going to Orlando later this year.
I have been to Disney World and Gatorland before and to the Space Centre. I have never been to Sea World (or Aquatica), Universal Studios or the Harry Potter Theme Park.
Has anyone been to them? What do you think?
I like medium thrill rides. Some in the family would like the more extreme types of roller coasters and such.
Any tips or suggestions on places to go and things to see?
