Long Story short. I am from the westman area and moved to the USA about 6 years ago for a job and now plan on relocating my family back to brandon, maybe. I was looking at homes and was very surprise to see how the housing market became very unreasonable...

I am missing something here? how can two homes that are basically the same design be so different in sq. ft. pricing?  
Is house #1 really worth $400 plus a sq. foot? is the area that much better then house #2... i thought house #2 was pushing the limit at $250 persq ft...Is hosue #1 worth $200 more per sq ft? or is the owner looking to capitalize on the market?
