Allegiant dispatchers and pilots

should of been aware of the Blue Angels practice, then made appropriate arrangements when they saw the flight being delayed. There would of been NOTAMS (Notice to Airmans) saying that the airport will be closed for the Blue Angels They also need to ensure the aircraft has enough fuel for going to their alternate. What if the runway was closed due to weather or an accident. Las Vegas isn't like Newark, Atlanta and others where there are long taxi delays.
But it still looks like they did not put enough fuel on to got to alternate airports.
