On Labour Day week-end. In Regina. Right near the stadium. (Fortunately they had us wait - an hour - until check in time passed and gave us a no-show's room, but man, that wait sucked with two small kids. But Chris Cuthbert chatted with us, he was nice lol!) that would suck but i wonder what happened to the other person who did have a reservation? only 1 hour passed the check in time isnt a lot, when i book a room, which requires a CC so they can charge me for the room, i expect it to be available whenever i show up, 4pm to even 1 pm, tho if i know im going to be way late ill put that into the reservation
i have phoned hotels before trying to get a price match with expidia ect but have always been told since they are a discount site they will not price match, citing that the terms aren't the same blah blah so i quite even trying, tho like adam says i use these sites to find out the options and who has availability in one place, booking.com has that too and so far always free cancellation, i was also happy that last time i needed a very last min booking i could use their app and walk into the hotel minutes latter saving 20%, something that wasnt possible with the other discount sites
