In March during what now seems like a previous lifetime, Joe Beeverz Canadian Pub announced that they would be expanding their popular 18th Street restaurant into the adjacent 1200 square foot space in the Keystone Village Mall.
Now three months later that work has been completed and the restaurant ready to re-open with approximately 50% more seating. Part and parcel to that new space comes the addition of a private room, available for bookings such as private parties, business meetings and sports teams.
Joe Beeverz had temporarily closed earlier this spring in the wake of the pandemic, later re-opening for delivery, takeout, curbside and catering service. Though the space was not available to dine-in customers over that time, work continued over subsequent weeks allowing opening to happen in time for summer as per original plan.
With finishing touches now complete, the newly renovated Brandon restaurant officially re-opens on Thursday for dine-in customers following a lower key soft opening on Wednesday evening according to Owner/Operator Chad Wallin. In addition to eat-in, the restaurant continues to also offer delivery, takeout and curbside service as well as catering.

In lieu of the COVID-19 pandemic and physical distancing, 50% of available seating space will be used. Hand wash stations are on-site and customers will order from disposable menus or via online digital menu.
As part of the expansion, Selloffvacations.com has re-located into the unit to the immediate South that had previously been home to one of the city’s Quizno’s locations.
Joe Beeverz first opened in Brandon in May 2011. The restaurant also maintains locations in Yorkton and Clear Lake, with the former having re-opened to dining on Monday and latter planning a June 19 summer season opening.
