Red Kayak Flooring Company is seeking a full-time Flooring Sales Consultant in Brandon. Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you love getting to know your clients? Role Summary:
As a Sales Consultant, your focus will be on generating sales through working with existing customers as well as working to identify new account opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
- Knowledge in the phases of construction is considered an asset.
- Experience with estimating and quoting in the construction industry is an asset.
- Personable, punctual and great with communication with clients.
- Able to work well as a team.
- Valid driver?s license.
- Computer skills (especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with and educating our clients to determine appropriate flooring options for their projects.
- Meeting clients at their home or business to assess their space.
- Identify key construction and commercial accounts that will fit with the Red Kayak Flooring Company brand and vision.
- Identification and utilization of key channels for estimate and sales generation.
- Ability to work with the rest of the Red Kayak team effectively.
- Represent Red Kayak Flooring Company at tradeshows as necessary, including following up with leads generated at the tradeshow.
