Position:
Insulation Installer / General Labourer
What You?ll Do:
Install residential and commercial insulation
Prepare job sites and clean work areas
Operate basic tools and equipment
Work safely at heights, in attics, and crawl spaces
Assist crew leaders with daily projects
Deliver quality workmanship and customer service
What We?re Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
Construction or insulation experience is an asset (but willing to train the right person)
Valid driver?s license preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$17?$19/hour depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Occasional weekends or overtime
