    I’m looking for recommendations for someone to manage a few rental properties for me.  
    Any good experiences? I’ve heard of lots of horror stories already.

    I haven't deal with them on a personal/tenant basis, but I have dealt with them through my employer, and they are always great to work with. Prompt, courteous, and no outstanding bills.
