We have been looking to purchase a property for about a year now. We are happy in her home at the moment. But will be needing something bigger as the children grow. We’ve been keeping your eye on the market. But one thing I’ve noticed is that realtors when posting or advertising their property never put the purchase price. I get that they want us to reach out and make contact with them. But if it’s beyond our purchase price there’s no point in me wasting their time or mine contacting them over and over for the price. I’m just wondering why They do not put the purchase price on social media when they advertise.

www.realtor.ca is the Multiple Listing Service, most realtors post their properties here, I haven't come across any that do not have a price listed when I have checked properties out on there.

Every one of the houses I looked at, their ad had a price to right. Maybe it might be just that particulr realtor thats not doing it?

I should’ve posted more clearly, sorry. I am talking specifically about social media post. It’s a great marketing tool. As the photos are being put into my newsfeed, and streaks of my curiosity. Only downfall is I have to reach out to the realtor to find out the price. What happens is I’ve reached out to them once or twice and I don’t want to continue to bother them to find out the price for every listing. So I end up scrolling through. I have found a few homes that were really have interest to me, but the price was too high. I’m just saying if they would post the price it would either intrigue me, A little more or let me know that it’s out of my price range.

As mentioned above, look it up on https://www.realtor.ca/  
 
Jot down the address and/or MLS number from your social feed and look it up on realtor.ca. They all are priced there. That way you don't have to keep calling. I get them too on social media, but most are priced. Depends on the Realtor I guess.
