I am about to purchase my new car  
 
since, I don't have my accountant I have no where to ask about.

Like the PST and GST you’re going to pay on the car?

You are going to have to ask an accountant for advice. If you run a business you may be able to claim some or all of the gst back and it might be over a period of several years but it will depend on your individual circumstances.

I'm not aware of any situation where the average person could claim car sales tax on income tax. I wonder if you are thinking of the ability to claim a partial refund on Manitoba sales tax. This is only in certain situations like if you sell your old car instead of trading it in and then you go buy a new or used car of greater value and pay the full sales tax. Then you can apply to get the Manitoba tax refunded for the value you sold your old car at. Make sense? So if you sell your old car for $5000 and go buy a more expensive car and pay full tax you can claim 7% of $5000.

Yes like gst pst. reason i ask is in my home town whcih is s.korea we can get gst & pst back from purchasing a new car

There might be no tax return on your new car.  
When you use the vehicle for your business or your work, then you may claim on your millage. For the detail you may need to talk with accountant or confirm with the car dealer.  
 
And in S.Korea I guess there might be vehicle tax deduction instead of tax return(like VAT). I could be wrong for it is long days ago.
