I need suggestions, I don't know a lot about mortgages and stuff!

Talk to a broker.
They are paid by the banks to find you the best mortgage for you.
They will go to all the banks and lenders and find you the best rate, and payment plan that works for you.

Broker is your best bet, especially for your first house.

They submit your info once and the banks return their offers.

After you have an established relationship with your bank you can likely forge the broker.

They are HANDS DOWN the BEST!!! Ask for Naomi Hamm or Chris Turcotte!! 204-724-7290... And no I am not related to them or involved in their business, they helped me get into a home at a GREAT rate when the banks were unable to get me any financing!!

We bought our first house not long ago. Went to Mike Trollope and he was great. Highly recommend him or at least go talk to him about it. Was great to deal with.

As a first time home buyer Naomi Hamm made buying a home a lot simpler. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and does what is best for you. She also got me an amazing low rate. I highly recommend her.

Go to a broker at Centum Mortgage Brokers, from personal experience ill say was the best desion i ever made!!! Chris Turcotte has been a great help every step of the way !!

is being offered at CIBC, for a 4 year fixed term. i just saw the ad yesterday.

also, if you can pay a quarter of your monthly payment each week, you shave 2.5 years off of a 25 years mortgage. biweekly will save you about a year's worth of payments.

They will work for YOU, not for the bank. After hours, all hours,it is what they do. I have never ever in all my life witnessed a business that is as dedicated as they are! Centum, all the way!

Talk to people at centrum in the century 21 building on 10st. Found us great rates.
