Best Bank and bank rates? Any help, this part i'm in over my head!

When we purchased our first home, we used a mortgage broker. Chris Turcotte and it was an excellent experience. They do all the work and they get paid from the bank so its nothing out of pocket. My suggestion. ..mortgage broker

I also second Centum with Chris Turcotte. He will get you the best rate out there.

Yep I recommend Chris Turcotte as well. Couldn't have been an easier and more pleasant first home buying experience. Plus he's a great guy and genuinely cares about you

I didn't use Chris, but we had a great experience lots of knowledge and they do the shopping around for you. I suggest talking to them and your regular bank. I loved the mortgage broker it was a wonderful experience

and use private insurance coverage to insure the loan. way cheaper
